Environmental Justice

A magazine publication has been curated, showcasing five articles that bring attention to the global environmental crisis. The emphasis of the magazine lies in highlighting the importance of creating a safe, unpolluted environment and addressing the severe consequences of climate change.

Furthermore, it is important to acknowledge the intrinsic connection between environmental issues and social justice. Advocates for environmental justice focus on the challenges faced by low-income communities exposed to significant waste, which is worsened by their limited financial resources. This movement is backed by several studies that illustrate the harmful effects of exposure to toxic substances on both the environment and the people living in it.

The publication comprises a total of five articles alongside brochures and six sticker posters. The articles contained within the physical magazine are distinguished by one specific color, while the remainder are monochromatic.

The concept of environmental justice was expanded upon through the development of branding. A website design mockup was crafted to effectively and efficiently promote environmental justice. In an era where technical advancements are continually evolving, it's essential to grasp how to convey ideas through digital screens. Figma was utilized for designing the Environment News website.

Various flyers were created to distribute to individuals, with the prints produced using letterpress techniques.
